These Terms of Use apply to SudoDB on Android. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

SudoDB lets you save database connections and browse PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MariaDB hosts from your device. It is offered by SudoCod. The app does not require a SudoCod account. JDBC sessions run from your device to hosts you configure.

Subscriptions (SudoDB Pro)

SudoDB may be free to install. Access to connections and the database workspace is provided through SudoDB Pro, a paid auto-renewing yearly subscription via Google Play, with a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Price and trial copy load from Play Billing and may vary by country or storefront.

  • Billing uses Google Play Billing (product sudodb_pro, base plan sudodb-pro-yearly, trial offer sudodb-yearly-14d-trial).
  • Payment and trial eligibility are handled by Google, not by SudoCod directly.
  • Subscriptions renew yearly unless you cancel in Google Play subscription settings before the renewal date.
  • Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
  • Restore purchases in Settings only unlocks Pro when Google Play reports an active subscription. Debug unlock is available in debug builds only and is never granted by Restore.

Your responsibilities

  • Use the app only for database systems you are authorized to access and in compliance with applicable laws and policies.
  • Choose trustworthy hosts and secure credentials on those systems. Row previews and filters run queries against hosts you select.
  • Keep your device secure. Anyone with unlocked access may be able to view stored connections and query output.
  • After device backup or restore, re-check Play for Pro and re-create saved connections when required.

Store terms

Your use of Google Play billing is also governed by the applicable Google Play terms for your account.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app or subscription model changes. The effective date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
